视讯网 11月12日消息谷歌昨日在Gmail的网页聊天功能中增加了语音和视频聊天功能，不过，这项新服务需要用户安装摄像头及一个免费软件（软件安装地址），安装完成后，便能够选择在不离开电子邮件应用的前提下，与朋友立即进行视频或语音聊天。

Gmail的视频聊天框能够在用户计算机屏幕中移动，并可扩展成全屏大小。按照计划，运行的 Gmail用户都可以使用语音和视频聊天功能。
