反盗版联盟：将分批次起诉土豆侵权行为

1月7日，反盗版联盟相关负责人在接受搜狐IT采访时表示，今天上午，包括激动网、上海天空、北京春秋影视、寰宇影片、中北华艺、厦门广电等在内的反盗版联盟部分版权方，将在上海的法院向土豆网直接提起正式诉讼。
该负责人称，目前尚不方便对外公布80余家版权方的具体名单。他表示，在得知将遭遇到大规模诉讼之后，土豆网这几日正在通过各种措施试图分化、瓦解联盟，比如私下与已经披露的版权方进行接触，期望通过许以相关赔偿而阻止诉讼。因此，为了防止土豆网对其他的版权方成员分化，反盗版联盟决定暂不暴露其他的联盟成员。
另据反盗版联盟介绍，今日的起诉只是一个开端，未来一段时间，反盗版联盟成员将分批对土豆网的盗版行为进行起诉。
据悉土豆网副总裁黄惠雯昨日向搜狐IT表示，土豆网跟上述提到的反盗版联盟披露的多家版权商取得联系，这几家版权商都表示并不了解自己加入了这个“反盗版联盟”。黄惠雯同时表示，迄今为止土豆网没有接到这个联盟的起诉，也不了解这个联盟将何时起诉，土豆网对这个联盟背后的力量感到很好奇。
