版权大棒挥向视频网站 土豆网建版权通知系统

土豆网      喧嚣火爆的视频网站被“版权”大棒逼到了生死关头。土豆网们一边要满足网友观看的需求，一边要担心版权方来袭。昨天，土豆网首次向记者演示了内部正在加紧建立的“版权通知系统”，目前正在测试，预计春节后会正式上线。真正的版权人通过这个系统，可以直接与网站对话，主张自己的权利，决定是删除作品，还是与土豆网分成。不过，土豆方面强调，任何内容合法性的辨认责任和权力主张，惟有合法拥有版权的权利人才能拥有。【来源：北京娱乐信报】
